Customer – Phan Nguyen

I have to tell my friends and patients in Vegas about you guys. I wanted a local joint with great food, and I found it at your restaurant. The location is a pain to find, but worth the extra effort. The ambience is hip Asian, clean and has friendly staff. The broth and noodle in the Star Ramen was superb. Reminded of noodle di…shes I had in Singapore. My wife really enjoys the fern salad, especially the Maui onion and of course the fern. My daughter, my wife and me, we all loved the fried chow fun soup, reminds me of a Vietnamese dish done very similarly by my mother in law. Great mix of Asian flavors from different regions. The chef stayed very true to the Asian dishes he served up. My only complaint would be the Nuoc Mam for the Saigon Crepe could be less sweet and less viscous ( being Vietnamese I am very critical of fishsauce condiments). However, the Crepe itself was very nice, the vegetables was fresh and crisp, a definite plus. My wife commented on how nice and clean the bathroom was also ( she likes the sliding door). Next time we come back to Maui, we have to make another visit to you guys. Next time, I hope I dont have to circle back 3 times around the block to find you guys.
